[目的]探讨多重对应分析方法在职业人群健康损害评价中的应用与意义。[方法]将227例铝厂职工工种、工龄、健康状况(以亚健康的4个阶段:正常、轻度心身失调、潜临床、前临床状态去衡量)等资料整理成三维列联表,采用多重对应分析方法分析职工健康状况与其工种、工龄的关系。[结果]行政人员、工龄5~15年和“轻度失调”距离较近;电解工人和工龄16~25年、“潜临床”、“前临床”落在同一象限;其他工种与工龄26~35年相隔很近;未见与“正常”明显对应的人群特征。[结论](1)该厂职业人群的亚健康状态与工龄、工种等因素有明显对应关系和较强的关联性。(2)多重对应分析方法能较好揭示各指标间直观的联系情况,是探索多分类资料关联情况的重要工具。可根据其结果有针对性地制定预防、治疗等策略和措施。
[Objective] To explore the application and significance of multiple correspondence analysis in occupational health impairment assessment. [Methods] The data of 227 types of employees in aluminum mills, their length of service, their health status (measured in 4 stages of sub-health: normal, mild dyslipidemia, latent clinical and preclinical status) were sorted into three- Multiple Correspondence Analysis Method to Analyze the Relationship between Workers’ Health Status and Their Work Type and Length of Service. [Results] The administrative staff, working length of 5 to 15 years and “Mild disorders ” distance is close; electrolytic workers and length of service 16 to 25 years, “latent clinical ”, “before clinical ” fall in the same quadrant; Other types of workmanship and 26 to 35 years of service are very close; no “normal” with the obvious corresponding population characteristics. [Conclusion] (1) The sub-health status of the occupational population of the factory has obvious corresponding relationship and strong correlation with the length of service, type of work and other factors. (2) The multiple corresponding analysis method can reveal the visual connection between various indicators well and is an important tool to explore the relationship of multi-classification data. According to the results of targeted prevention and treatment to develop strategies and measures.
