引言目前电子数字計算机的研制有两个主要的趋向。即提高脉冲重复频率和增加模件的装机密度。这就使得相互連綫的問題显得更加重要,同时要求严格控制模件之間連接的电气性能。
Introduction At present, electronic digital computer development has two main trends. That is to increase the pulse repetition frequency and increase the installed density of the module. This makes the problem of interconnection more important, while requiring strict control over the electrical properties of the connections between the modules.
