1995年6月20日至24日由上海炼油厂与济南炼油厂共同筹办的“95年度中石比华东、华南催比重整会议”在济南炼油厂召开,中石化总公司重整情报中心站派员参加了会议,来自中石化总公司系统有关的炼厂、石化厂、科研院所、高校等23个单位,共64名代表出席了会议.大会共收到主要交流论文、报告23篇,会议期间择要将论文在大会上作了报告交流,并分组进行深入讨论.
