总部经济是随着各大跨国公司总部在我国的迁入以及国内很多大公司总部的设立、迁移和集聚而出现的新的经济形态。总部经济的出现使我国经济发展的必然结果,其对城市经济结构、就业结构、城市规划、基础设施建设等都产生了重大影响。总部经济已经被很多大城市纳入到经济发展战略中,并成为当前我国经济学理论研究的一个热点。长春市应借助国家“一带一路”及东北再振兴战略及现代农业发展的重大机遇,总结成功总部基地的发展规律及经验,对发展总部经济提升城市发展水平具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
