目的探讨超声引导下麦默通微创切除乳腺良性肿块的临床应用要点。方法选择524例女性乳腺肿块患者共2317个乳腺肿块,在超声引导下行麦默通微创切除术,病理检查明确性质,术后3～6个月随访治疗效果。结果 2317个乳腺肿块中,良性肿块2311个,乳腺癌灶6个,术中显示肿块均完整切除,单个肿块切除平均时间8min。32例出现各种并发症及术中不顺利情况。术后随访3～6个月,524例中492例效果满意,满意率达93.9%,12例于术后6个月内出现复发,复发率为2.29%。以5～30mm肿块效果最佳,>30mm的肿块效果不理想。结论麦默通微创切除乳腺良性肿块具有安全、微创?效果确切、术后美观的优点。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of ultrasound-guided memanton minimally invasive surgical resection of benign breast mass. Methods A total of 2317 breast masses were selected from 524 women with breast lumps. MaMet minimally invasive resection was performed under the guidance of ultrasound. The definite characteristics of the pathological examination and follow-up were observed after 3 to 6 months. Results Among the 2317 breast masses, 2311 were benign and 6 were breast cancer. The tumors were resected completely and the average time of single tumor excision was 8 min. 32 cases of various complications and intraoperative non-smooth situation. After 3 to 6 months of follow-up, 492 of 524 patients were satisfied with the satisfactory rate of 93.9%. Twelve patients relapsed within 6 months after operation, with a recurrence rate of 2.29%.
