中国有句俗语:十年树木,百年树人,揭示了教育的根本价值。教育就像养花一样,一边养一边看,一边静待花开。教育是“慢”的艺术,不应成为一种束缚的过程,需要我们多一份等待,多给学生一点自由的空间,这样他们才会带给我们一份惊喜。
There is a saying in Chinese: Ten years of trees and a hundred years of trees have revealed the fundamental value of education. Education is like raising flowers, while keeping a watch while waiting to bloom. Education is a “slow” art. It should not become a bondage process. It takes more time for us to give students a bit of free space so that they will bring us a surprise.
