社会管理是各国政府的重要职能之一。我国转型时期社会管理面临着非常复杂的形势,目前,我国社会管理取得了明显的进步,但也存在着突出的问题。本文主要阐述中国转型时期社会管理的现状,并从宏观角度分析了中国社会管理既有的问题和缺陷;同时借鉴国外社会管理经验,结合中国社会管理的实际情况,试图廓清中国现在面临的社会管理困境和问题,突破当前中国社会管理整体上的瓶颈,找出解决中国转型期社会管理问题的创新路径。
Social administration is one of the important functions of governments of all countries. At the transitional period of our country, social management is facing a very complicated situation. At present, remarkable progress has been made in social management in our country, but there are also outstanding problems. This article mainly elaborates the status quo of social management during the transitional period of China and analyzes the existing problems and defects in China’s social management from a macroscopic perspective. At the same time, drawing on the experience of social management in other countries and combining with the actual conditions of social management in China, it attempts to outline the social management now facing China Difficulties and problems, breaking through the current bottleneck in social management in China and finding innovative ways to solve the social management problems in China’s transition period.
