我国加入WTO后,不断受到“绿色壁垒”的困扰,对我国的农产品出口造成了很大的损失。绿色壁垒严重制约着我国农产品的出口,增加了农产品出口的成本,危及我国农业的利润,而且增加了我国与其他国家的贸易摩擦。为了提高我国农产品的竞争力,规避绿色壁垒,我们必须切实提高农产品安全质量标准,发展生态农业,并认真实施质量安全认证,才能有效保障食品安全和突破贸易绿色壁垒。
After China’s accession to the WTO, it has continuously been plagued by “green barriers” and caused great losses to China’s agricultural exports. Green barriers seriously restrict the export of agricultural products in our country, increase the cost of export of agricultural products, jeopardize the profits of our agriculture and increase the trade friction between our country and other countries. In order to improve the competitiveness of China’s agricultural products and avoid green barriers, we must effectively improve the quality standards of agricultural products, develop ecological agriculture, and earnestly implement quality and safety certification in order to effectively ensure food safety and to break through green trade barriers.
