对固体粒子进入熔体的条件及影响因素进行了讨论。建立了粒子进入熔体的热力学条件 ,指出只有润湿角等于零时 ,粒子才能自发地完全进入熔体中 ,否则需要克服一能量障碍 ;得出了粒子单在自身重力作用下自发进入熔体的临界尺寸、考虑粒子浓度时使粒子进入液体所需外力的功的表达式 ,以及粒子进入熔体的动力学条件。所得结论与试验结果吻合良好。
The conditions for the solid particles to enter the melt and the influencing factors are discussed. The thermodynamic conditions of the particles entering the melt are established. It is pointed out that only when the wetting angle is equal to zero, the particles spontaneously enter the melt spontaneously, otherwise an energy obstacle needs to be overcome; and the particle spontaneously enters the melt under its own gravity The critical dimension, the expression of work of the force that takes the particle into the liquid in consideration of particle concentration, and the kinetic conditions that the particle enters the melt. The conclusions are in good agreement with the experimental results.
