“China Health Economics” published in the sixth issue of 1990, Comrade Du Lexun of Harbin Medical University, “Testing Health Funding in Heilongjiang Province”. In “I. Heilongjiang Province Health Fundraising Approaches and Formats”, the government budgets for the three years of 1977, 1987, and 1988 were used for health expenditure. After direct comparisons, they were proposed separately from 1987 to 1977. The growth rate was 2.41 times, which was a 2.61-fold increase from 1977 in 1988.
