超声引导下经皮乙醇注射治疗(PEIT)单发功能自主性甲状腺结节具有安全、价廉的优点,已替代手术疗法成功地应用于一些良恶性疾病。用它治疗高功能甲状旁腺结节非常有效。作者通过甲状腺结节、激素、超声波、同位素扫描检测PEIT治疗单发功能自主性甲状腺结节的疗效,并探讨其方法和价值。本组共25例单发甲状腺“热结节”,其中10名甲亢(A组),15名非甲亢(B组)。同位素扫描结节旁腺组织功能完全抑制。所有病人均经针吸细胞学检查除外
