精囊囊肿较少见,囊肿合并结石国内未见报道。我们自1986年3月至1988年2月在50例经皮穿刺精道造影中(20例不育,30例血精)发现精囊囊肿4例,其中1例囊肿合并多发结石,以血精、射精痛、精液中结石为临床特征,现报告如下: 患者,40岁。22岁结婚,有子女2人。9年前患右侧副睾炎,抗炎治疗1个半月后治愈。半年后出现射精时耻骨后、会阴部剧痛,向右下腹及右睾丸放射,同时排血性精液伴有大米粒结石。经服消炎药,精液转为乳白色,但阴茎勃起及射精时仍感隐痛。此后反复出现血精,并常伴射精时绞痛,精液有结石排出。9年来共排出米粒大到黄豆大多面
