为了贯彻执行《水土保持工作条例》,妥善处理乡镇工矿企业弃土废渣,防治水土流失,四川省巴县水土保持办公室于去年12月派员会同区、乡组织了调查组,对虎溪区西永乡几个工矿企业进行了重点调查,发现西永耐火材料厂、劳动副业厂,关沟煤矿处理尾沙、煤矸石没有采取防治措施,严重地造成了水土流失。调查组责成上述单位在1985年5月1日以前完成修筑挡土墙的任务,以利水土保持。过期不完成者,按《水土保持工作条例》有关规定,负责赔偿损失。
