本文立足我院核心特色专业———京剧表演、京剧音乐专业师资现状和长远发展两方面、学历、学缘两方面、核心特色专业师资建设问题,结合我院五十六年来师资状况的回顾和分析,阐述了必需下大力气争取上级特殊政策,采取相应措施以求在较短的时间内能有效果显现,提升我院核心特色专业———京剧表演、京剧音乐专业师资的学历、学位不是不可解决的。
