目的:探讨建立临床药学工作的激励性考核办法。方法:查阅国内外文献,结合我院初步开展的临床药学工作考核实践,探讨建立对临床药师、治疗药物监测、与合理用药相关的课题研究、药品不良反应监测、药学信息服务等工作的激励性考核办法。结果:初步建立了针对临床药学各方面工作的激励性考核体系。结论:建立公平、量化的,以激励为宗旨的考核体系,有助于推进临床药学工作更好地发展。
Objective: To explore the establishment of incentives for clinical pharmacy assessment methods. Methods: With reference to domestic and foreign literatures, combined with the preliminary practice of clinical pharmacy in our hospital, this study discussed the establishment of incentives for clinical pharmacists, therapeutic drug monitoring, research related to rational drug use, adverse drug reaction monitoring and pharmacy information services Assessment methods. Results: The preliminary evaluation system for all aspects of clinical pharmacy was established. Conclusion: Establishing a fair, quantitative and motivated assessment system can help to promote the development of clinical pharmacy.
