中国农业科学院植物保护研究所最近邀请有关科研单位的薯类病害工作者座谈华北地区性马铃薯抗病育种的问题。会议对国内外抗病育种工作及存在问题作了初步分析和估计。认为华北地区抗病育种工作主要是以抗晚疫病为主,但近年来,在引种和育种过程中也受到病毒性退化的严重威胁,许多品种在未育成前即已开始退化,会议认为这种退化问题也应引起重视,同时提出,目前对亲本及杂交后代的抗晚疫病及退化的鉴定分析工作还是一个薄弱环节,今后应加强这方面的研究。会议对抗病育种的方向、亲本的选择原则以及杂交后代的抗病性鉴定等问题作了研究,并对各单位的研究分工协作问题作了具体安排。
Institute of Plant Protection, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences recently invited relevant research institutes potato disease workers talked about the issue of potato breeding in North China. The meeting made a preliminary analysis and estimation of the domestic and international disease-resistant breeding work and its existing problems. It is believed that the disease-resistant breeding in North China is mainly based on resistance to late blight. However, in recent years, it has also been seriously threatened by viral degradation during introduction and breeding, and many varieties have begun to degenerate before they are not yet bred. At the same time, it is suggested that the current identification and analysis of the resistance to late blight and degradation of the parents and their offsprings are still a weak link. Therefore, the research in this area should be strengthened in the future. The meeting made a study on the direction of disease-resistant breeding, the selection principle of the parents and the identification of the disease resistance of the hybrid offspring. The meeting also made specific arrangements on the issues of division of labor and coordination among the various units.
