目的探讨532 nm激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月至2013年3月大石桥市中心医院收治的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者74例为研究对象,患眼共计120只眼,行532 nm激光全视网膜激光光凝治疗。术后3个月对患者进行荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查。术后对患者随访6~12个月,观察治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后检查患者视力,视力提高65只眼(54.2%),视力未见明显变化35只眼(29.2%),视力下降20只眼(16.7%)。治疗后对患者进行眼底检查,治疗有效106只眼(88.3%);治疗无效14只眼(11.7%)。距离末次治疗3个月后对FFA进行复查,治疗有效112只眼(93.3%),治疗无效8只眼(6.7%)。结论 532 nm激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变具有显著疗效,能有效改善患者的症状,提高视力。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of 532 nm laser photocoagulation on diabetic retinopathy. Methods Totally 74 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were treated in Dashiqiao Central Hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were enrolled in this study. Total 120 eyes were treated with 532 nm laser photocoagulation. Patients underwent fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) 3 months after surgery. Patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months to observe the therapeutic effect. Results The visual acuity was improved in 65 eyes (54.2%), visual acuity in 35 eyes (29.2%), and vision loss in 20 eyes (16.7%) 6 months after treatment. After treatment, fundus examination was performed on patients, the effective treatment of 106 eyes (88.3%); treatment ineffective in 14 eyes (11.7%). Three months after the last treatment, FFA was reviewed. The effective rate was 112 eyes (93.3%) and no treatment was effective in 8 eyes (6.7%). Conclusion 532 nm laser photocoagulation for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms and improve visual acuity.
