本文通过对轴向柱塞泵(25SCY14-1B型)噪声信号的监测,利用噪声信号的功率谱和倒频谱分析技术,成功地诊断出了轴向柱塞泵的松靴故障,实现了非接触式的故障诊断,为液压泵的故障诊断提供了更加简捷、方便的途径。
In this paper, the axial piston pump (25SCY14-1B type) noise signal monitoring, the use of noise signal power spectrum and cepstrum analysis technology successfully diagnosed the axial piston pump slipper failure to achieve a non-contact Fault diagnosis, hydraulic pump for fault diagnosis provides a more simple and convenient way.
