中乌天然气管道涉及多国跨境贸易计量交接,为了提高跨国贸易交接计量仪表精度,延长检定周期。在乌兹别克斯坦首、末站安装了超声波流量计远程诊断(CBM)系统。通过CBM系统的软硬件完成超声波流量计的远程声速核查,以及增益和信号质量等相关参数的指标确认,实现了预定目标,减少了大量因重复安装调试维护所投入的维护费用,降低了输气生产时间成本,为输气生产中的工艺、计量等故障分析提供了依据,提高了计量管理的工作水平,为跨国长距离天然气输气管道计量管理工作积累了宝贵经验。
The Sino-Uzbek natural gas pipeline involves the measurement and handover of multinational cross-border trade.
