在我国由计划经济体制转向市场经济体制的转轨期，腐败已成为困扰经济和社会发展的一个严重问题。腐败的表现在一定程度上向纵深发展，极大地阻碍了社会的发展。腐败的产生有思想教育失误、体制不完善及惩处不力等多方面的原因。必须坚持标本兼治的原则，采取切实有效的措施，不断加大反腐败的力度。
In the transitional period from the transition from a planned economy to a market economy in our country, corruption has become a serious problem plaguing economic and social development. To a certain extent, the performance of corruption has developed in depth and greatly hindered the development of society. The causes of corruption include the mistakes in ideological education, the imperfect system and the poor punishment. We must adhere to the principle of tackling both the symptoms and the root cause, take practical and effective measures to continuously increase the intensity of fighting against corruption.
