为了解乌鲁木齐市学龄前儿童和中小学生肠道寄生虫感染情况,于1997~1998年随机抽取乌鲁木齐市6所学校,按《全国人体寄生虫分布调查实施细则》调查4 540人,总感染率为15.51%,共查见肠道寄生虫15种;用阿苯哒唑(100mg/×2/d)×3d,总剂量为600mg进行集体驱虫;对维吾尔族学生中蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫感染者单独用甲硝唑等药物治疗;对微小膜壳绦虫感染者用吡喹酮等药物治疗,3个月后复查,集体驱虫后共调查3 113人,总感染率为7.99%,感染下降率为48.48%;共查见10种肠道寄生虫,较防治前减少5种,结果表明乌鲁木齐市学龄前儿童、中小学生肠道寄生虫感染率低于新疆人体寄生虫平均感染率。
To understand the intestinal parasitic infections among preschool children and primary and secondary school students in Urumqi, we randomly selected 6 schools in Urumqi from 1997 to 1998 and surveyed 4 540 individuals according to the Detailed Rules for Investigation of Distribution of Human Parasites in China. The total infection rate was 15.51% of them were enrolled in this study. A total of 15 intestinal parasites were detected.
