目的:了解补肾壮骨胶囊对氢化可的松引起骨质疏松症雄性大鼠生化指标的影响。方法:采用临床检验方法测定补肾壮骨胶囊对氢化可的松引起骨质疏松症雄性大鼠血清钙、磷、血清碱性磷酸酶的影响。结果:与空白对照组相比,模型对照组的血钙、血磷显著下降,碱性磷酸酶升高。与模型对照组相比,补肾壮骨胶囊高、低剂量组血钙、血磷显著升高,碱性磷酸酶下降。结论:补肾壮骨胶囊对氢化可的松引起雄性大鼠骨质疏松症有明显的防治作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Bushenzhuanggu Capsule on biochemical markers of osteoporosis in male rats induced by hydrocortisone. Methods: The effect of Bushen Zhuanggu Capsule on serum calcium, phosphorus and serum alkaline phosphatase in male rats with osteoporosis induced by hydrocortisone was determined by clinical test. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the blood calcium and phosphorus levels in the model control group decreased significantly, and alkaline phosphatase increased. Compared with the model control group, the serum calcium and phosphorus levels in the high- and low-dose groups of Bushen Zhuanggu capsule were significantly increased, and alkaline phosphatase was decreased. Conclusion: Bushen Zhuanggu Capsule has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on hydrocortisone induced osteoporosis in male rats.
