肌成纤维细胞是一组平滑肌样成纤维细胞,在正常心脏仅存在于瓣膜组织中。急性心肌梗死后,来源于成纤维细胞的肌成纤维细胞被激活,是参与心肌梗死后创伤修复与胶原沉积的主要细胞,在心肌间质纤维化和心室重塑中处于中心地位。
Myofibroblasts are a group of smooth muscle-like fibroblasts that exist only in the valve tissue in the normal heart. After acute myocardial infarction, myofibroblasts derived from fibroblasts are activated and are the main cells involved in the repair of wounds and collagen deposition after myocardial infarction. They are the centers of myocardial interstitial fibrosis and ventricular remodeling.
