道德乃是一种特殊的社会意识形态,是一定社会,一定阶级的经济政治和文化的发展所要求于人们的行为规范。它通常是用真假、善恶、美丑、荣辱、是非等观念来评价人们的行为,调整人与人之间和人与社会之间的关系。这种道德评价、道德观念和道德实践都必须依据社会舆论和人们的内心信念和传统习俗的约束来付诸实现。 那么什么是职业道德呢?职业道德是人们在一定的职业活动范围内遵守的行为规范的总和。任何个人在职业活动中都要遵守一定的行为规范,这是职业道德的具体表现。社会主义的职业道德是每一个劳动者在职业活动中必须遵循的行为规范。社会主义职业道德的基本原则是集体主义,其核心是全心全意为人民服务。例如,热爱本职,忠于职守,为人民服务,对人民负责,是各行各业职业道德的基本规范。但是,每一种具体的职业,又都有独特的,不同于其它职业的道德要求,如医生必须救死扶伤,努力解除病人痛苦;教师必须为人师表,教书育人;商业人员必须公平交易,热情服务等等。 职业道德在社会上有着举足轻重的作用,党和国家一贯强调其重要性。党的十四届六中全会审议和通过的《中共中央关于加强社会主义精神文明建设若干重要的决议》着重强调加强思想建设,职业道德是其内容之一。 职业道德不仅是从业人员在职业活动?
Morality is a special kind of social ideology, which is the code of conduct required by the development of a certain class of society in economic, political and cultural. It usually evaluates people’s behavior with true and false, good and evil, beauty and ugliness, honor and disgrace, and non-discrimination, and adjusts the relationship between people and between people and society. This moral assessment, moral values and moral practice must all be implemented in the light of public opinion and people’s inner convictions and traditional customs. So what is professional ethics? Professional ethics is the people in a certain range of professional activities to comply with the code of conduct. Socialist professional ethics is a code of conduct that every worker must follow in his professional activities. The basic principle of socialist professional ethics is collectivism. Its core is to serve the people wholeheartedly. For example, they are the basic norms of professional ethics in all walks of life with their own loyalty, devotion to duty, serving the people and being responsible to the people. However, each specific job has its unique moral requirements that are different from those of other occupations. For instance, doctors must help one another to save lives and distress patients. Teachers must teach and educate people. Business personnel must have fair trade and warm service. and many more. Professional ethics have a pivotal role in the society, and the party and the state consistently emphasize their importance. The “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Important Resolutions on Strengthening Socialist Spiritual Civilization Construction” reviewed and passed by the 6th Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party emphasizes that strengthening ideological construction and professional ethics is one of its contents.
