高校图书馆馆员是高校图书馆重要的人力资源,同时也是高校图书馆开展各项服务和业务活动的主体,在高校教育改革和创新的背景下,信息时代的高校图书馆馆员应该发挥出更为重要的作用,在增强专业能力和服务意识的同时,实现自身素质的增长。本研究立足于高校图书馆馆员的实际工作,从高校图书馆馆员素质的现状出发,分析了高校图书馆馆员应具有的相关素质,并提出了高校图书馆馆员在信息时代条件下提高素质的措施。
