当前,企业思想政治工作的难点主要体现在以下几方面:1、政工队伍的建设尚不完善。2、思想政治工作者的主导思想和主体意识尚需修正。3、某些政工干部的素质亟待加强。4、具体到邮电行业,因人员分散、职工与社会接触面广、青工比例大等特点为思想政治工作更增添了难度。针对以上几点,笔者认为应采取以下策略:1、加强政工队伍建设,尽快完善思想政治工作的新格局。建立各级
At present, the difficulties in the ideological and political work of enterprises are mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1. The construction of political workers is not yet complete. 2. The ideological and political workers’ leading ideology and subjective awareness still need revision. 3. The quality of some political cadres needs to be strengthened. 4. As far as the post and telecommunications industry is concerned, the ideological and political work has become more difficult because of the decentralized staff, wide contact between employees and society, and large proportion of young workers. In view of the above points, the author believes that the following strategies should be adopted: 1.
