采用大鼠研究硼与锌联用对氟毒性的拮抗作用。结果表明 ,氟暴露组大鼠尿氟增高 ,长骨骨氟及血清碱性磷酸酶活性增高 ,血清微量元素铜、锌降低 ,脾脏自然杀伤细胞和白细胞介素 2活性降低 ,与对照组比较均有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;而硼锌联用对氟毒性具有明显拮抗作用 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。提示硼锌联用可以减轻机体氟负荷 ,调整体内微量元素的平衡 ,增强机体免疫功能 ,并优于单纯用硼。
Study on the antagonism of boron and zinc to fluoride toxicity in rats. The results showed that fluoride exposure in rats increased urinary fluoride, long bone fluoride and serum alkaline phosphatase activity increased serum copper, zinc, spleen NK cells and interleukin 2 activity decreased compared with the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01), while the combination of Boron and Zinc had a significant antagonistic effect on fluoride toxicity (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Tip Boron and Zinc can reduce the body’s fluoride load, adjust the body’s trace element balance, enhance immune function, and better than simply using boron.
