目的 对8例脑出血患者尸检材料血肿周围脑组织反应性星形细胞内皮素1表达变化进行研究,以探讨内皮素-1与星形细胞之间相互关系及其在脑出血的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP法)技术。结果脑出血组反应性星形细胞增生、肥大变性,存在内皮素-1的表达,而对照组星形细胞形态正常,偶见阳性。结论提示内皮素-1及反应性星形细胞可能参与脑出血的病理机制。
Objective To study the changes of endothelin - 1 (ET - 1) expression in brain astrocytes after autopsy in 8 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in order to explore the relationship between endothelin - 1 and astrocytes and their role in cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Immunohistochemistry (SP method) technique was used. Results Reactive astrocytes were hypertrophic and hypertrophic in ICH group, and there was endothelin-1 expression in astrocytes. In control group, astrocytes were normal and positive. Conclusions suggest that endothelin-1 and reactive astrocytes may participate in the pathogenesis of intracerebral hemorrhage.
