目的 对８例脑出血患者尸检材料血肿周围脑组织反应性星形细胞内皮素１表达变化进行研究，以探讨内皮素－１与星形细胞之间相互关系及其在脑出血的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学（ＳＰ法）技术。结果脑出血组反应性星形细胞增生、肥大变性，存在内皮素－１的表达，而对照组星形细胞形态正常，偶见阳性。结论提示内皮素－１及反应性星形细胞可能参与脑出血的病理机制。
Objective To study the changes of endothelin - 1 (ET - 1) expression in brain astrocytes after autopsy in 8 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in order to explore the relationship between endothelin - 1 and astrocytes and their role in cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Immunohistochemistry (SP method) technique was used. Results Reactive astrocytes were hypertrophic and hypertrophic in ICH group, and there was endothelin-1 expression in astrocytes. In control group, astrocytes were normal and positive. Conclusions suggest that endothelin-1 and reactive astrocytes may participate in the pathogenesis of intracerebral hemorrhage.
