液压支架立柱与顶梁柱帽常用的柱头挡块联接形式按照GB 25974.1进行立柱联接件试验时发生过断裂现象。依据国标试验方法建立了挡块的力学模型,找出影响其强度的因素,运用MATLAB设计出可视化的强度计算界面。结果表明:挡块所受剪切应力与支架工作阻力没有直接关系,与泵站压力和立柱上腔环形面积成正比;挡块伸入柱头部分的直径越大、剪切面的弦高越大,其所受剪切应力越小。
