随着大众体育及全民健身概念的推广,以及人们对于健康生活理念的推崇与追求,体育设施的设计与建设逐步转向注重“为人所用”、“以大众为本”的目标。对比2012年伦敦奥运会以临时场馆为主的场馆建设与管理理念,我国很多城市依然热衷于兴建大型场馆的现象需要被反思,我们每年投入大量财力物力兴建的场馆,由于缺乏对于大众体育的正确认识和合理有效的管理方式,导致场馆尺度不亲民、空间功能不适用、交通可达性差等不利于大众使用的因素出现,从而也就导致了场馆利用率低、养护困难、大量闲置的问题。长此以往,兴建大型、豪华型场馆必然会带来投资、建设、使用的恶性循环,不利于大众体育的发展。
With the popularization of the concept of mass sports and universal fitness, and the respects and pursuit of healthy living philosophy, the design and construction of sports facilities have gradually shifted to the goal of “using for others” and “focusing on the masses”. Contrary to the concept of venues construction and management based on temporary venues in 2012 London Olympics, many cities in our country are still keen on constructing venues for large venues that need to be rethought. We invest a large amount of financial and material resources each year to build venues. Due to the lack of a correct understanding of sports for all, And reasonable and effective management methods, which lead to the inconvenience to the general public due to the lack of people’s standard on the scale of the venues, the unsuitable functions of the space and the poor accessibility of the transportation, thus leading to the problems of low utilization rate of the venues, maintenance difficulties and a large amount of idleness. Over time, the construction of large-scale and luxury venues will inevitably bring about a vicious cycle of investment, construction and use, which is not conducive to the development of mass sports.
