利用链脲菌佐素诱发SD大鼠糖尿病模型,动态观察其糖性白内障形成过程中不同时期晶体上皮细胞形态学改变,检测糖尿病30天时晶体上皮细胞NaKATP酶活性。结果表明:在大鼠糖性白内障形成中,最早发生改变的是晶体上皮细胞,表现为细胞肿胀,细胞内外出现空泡及内质网池扩张等,白内障出现在晶体上皮细胞改变之后;醛糖还原酶抑制剂AL1576可防止上述改变;白内障形成早期,晶体上皮细胞NaKATP酶活性升高。提示晶体上皮细胞的改变在糖性白内障发生中起了关键性的作用。
