梅山集团公司1995年的重点科研攻关项目——梅山铁精矿降磷工业试验,已取得了满意效果。试验方案是按专家们推荐和论证的两个流程分别进行的。第一个流程是浮—磁—浮流程。该流程是将浮硫后的铁精矿,用弱磁,一次粗选、一次精选,获弱磁精矿。弱磁尾矿再用浮选一次粗选,二次精选,抛弃尾矿。浮选精矿与弱磁精矿合并为综合精矿。该试验共开车176h,处理矿石7800t。当入选原矿中的 TFe 为52.99%,S2.86%,P 0.352%时,综合铁精矿的 TFe 为54.71%、S 0.37%、P 0.243%;铁的作业回收率达
Meishan Group Corporation in 1995 key scientific research project - Meishan iron ore phosphorus industrial test, has achieved satisfactory results. The test plan is based on the two processes recommended and demonstrated by the experts respectively. The first process is a float-magnet-float process. The process is the sulfur after iron concentrate, with a weak magnetic, a rough election, a selection of weak magnetic concentrate. Weak magnetic tailings and then a flotation rougher, secondary selection, abandon the tailings. Flotation concentrate and weak magnetic concentrate merged into a comprehensive concentrate.
