目的 联合应用醛氢叶酸钙(CF)与氟脲嘧啶(5—Fu),观察该方案对转移性结肠癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 采用CF每次200毫克,5—Fu每次500mg/m~2,每天一次,连用5天,21天后重复。结果 PR4例(19.05％)、MR5例(23.81％)、SD4例(19.05％)、PD8例(38.09％)。随访中位生存期8月,不良反应以胃肠道多见。结论 疗效优于单用5—Fu,不良反应较小,并可提高生活质量及延长生存期。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of this regimen in metastatic colorectal cancer using a combination of calcium hydrogen folinate (CF) and 5-fluorouracil (5-Fu). Methods Each time 200 mg of CF was used, and 5-Fu was given 500 mg/m 2 once daily once a day for 5 days and repeated 21 days later. Results There were 4 cases of PR (19.05%), 5 cases of MR (23.81%), 4 cases of SD (19.05%), and 8 cases of PD (38.09%). Follow-up median survival time was 8 months, and adverse reactions were more common in the gastrointestinal tract. Conclusions The curative effect is better than that of 5-Fu alone, and the adverse reactions are small, and the quality of life and prolonged survival period can be improved.
