海洋生态文明是我国生态文明建设的重要组成部分,大力发展海洋经济必须同时注重海洋生态环境的保护。尽管税法的生态化对生态文明建设具有重要的促进作用,但由于受到某些条件的限制,目前这项改革在全国普遍推行的时机尚不成熟,然而,海洋生态环境保护的迫切性及发达的沿海经济却为我国在海洋经济规划区率先试点提供了条件,通过试点可以为这项改革在全国的普遍推行积累宝贵的经验。
Marine ecological civilization is an important part of China’s ecological civilization construction.
