在全党全国兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮、夺取抗击非典和经济发展“双胜利”的重要时刻,我们迎来了中国共产党成立82周年的光辉纪念日。今天,我们在这里隆重集会,庆祝党的82岁生日,表彰在我市抗击“非典”斗争中作出突出贡献的先进基层党组织和优秀共产党员。此时此刻,回顾我们党领导人民艰苦奋斗的伟大历程,学习先进基层党组织和优秀共产党员的先进事迹,就是要更加紧密地团结在以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央周围,深入贯彻党的十六大精神,坚持和实践“三个代表”重要思想,以抗击“非典”斗争胜利为动力,进一步加快经济社会发展步伐,努力夺取我市改革开放和现代化建设的更大胜利。
