蔗糖合成酶(sucrose synthase,SuS)是蔗糖代谢的关键酶,在植物的代谢反应中起重要作用。以谷子基因组数据库为平台,借用生物信息学手段对谷子SiSuS基因家族进行挖掘和分析。结果表明,谷子的SiSuS基因家族包括9个基因,它们不均匀地分布在5条染色体上。该家族氨基酸序列长度为809~1 088 aa,外显子数目为10~16个,大多数蛋白质为弱酸性。谷子SiSuS的氨基酸序列具有9个保守基序;进化树分析结果表明,谷子、水稻、高粱SiSuS蛋白聚在一起。
Sucrose synthase (SuS) is a key enzyme in sucrose metabolism and plays an important role in the metabolic reaction of plants. Using millet genome database as a platform, the SiSuS gene family of millet was excavated and analyzed by means of bioinformatics. The results show that the millet SiSuS gene family includes nine genes, they are unevenly distributed in five chromosomes. The family of amino acid sequence length of 809 ~ 1 088 aa, the number of exons 10 to 16, most of the protein is weakly acidic. The amino acid sequence of millet SiSuS has 9 conserved motifs. The results of phylogenetic tree analysis showed that millet, rice and sorghum SiSuS proteins were clustered together.
