利用不同稳恒梯度磁场(50~250 mT,间隔50 mT)和不同处理时间(0.5~2.5 h,间隔0.5 h)处理大豆和玉米种子,测量其生物效应及过氧化物酶含量。结果表明,经磁场处理的大豆和玉米的发芽势、发芽率、根长、鲜质量均高于未经磁场处理的对照组;2种植物的根长与过氧化物酶(POD)含量成正比关系;将磁场强度与处理时间相乘得到大豆在100~200 mT·h时根长最长并且POD含量最高,而玉米并未发现这种现象。
Soybean and maize seeds were treated with different stationary gradient magnetic fields (50 ~ 250 mT, 50 mT intervals) and different treatment time (0.5 ~ 2.5 h, 0.5 h intervals), and their biological effects and peroxidase contents were measured. The results showed that the germination potential, germination rate, root length and fresh weight of soybean and maize treated with magnetic field were higher than those of the control group without magnetic field treatment. The root length of the two plants was proportional to the content of peroxidase (POD) The results showed that when the magnetic field strength was multiplied by the treatment time, the soybean root length was the longest and the POD content was the highest at 100 ~ 200 mT · h, while the corn did not find this phenomenon.
