医院人力资源部门在医院的所有部门中占据重要地位,在医院的建设和发展过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用。因而,医院要高度重视人事档案管理工作,注重强化医院的档案管理水平。目前,在医院人事档案管理工作中,档案管理机制以及管理员的能力、素质、管理水平是主要的结构组织,会直接影响档案管理工作的效率,对医院人事档案管理的有序开展具有深远意义。
The hospital human resources department occupies an important position in all departments of the hospital and plays an important role in the construction and development of the hospital. Therefore, the hospital should attach great importance to personnel files management, focusing on strengthening the hospital’s file management. At present, in the personnel file management of the hospital, the file management mechanism as well as the ability, quality and management level of the administrator are the main structural organizations, which will directly affect the efficiency of the file management work and have far-reaching significance to the orderly development of the personnel file management in the hospital .
