目的 :观察FD Nd :YAG 532激光联合中药对视网膜静脉阻塞的疗效。方法 :将 70例 (70只眼 )视网膜静脉阻塞患者随机分为两组 ,其中激光联合中药治疗组 38例 (38只眼 ) ,采用激光与辨证分期中药治疗 ;单一激光治疗对照组 32例 (32只眼 )。两组患者平均观察 10个月。结果 :治疗组患者视网膜和 (或 )视盘新生血管消退率较对照组高 ,视力增进较对照组好 ,视网膜水肿、出血及渗出物吸收的时间较对照组明显缩短。结论 :激光联合中药治疗视网膜静脉阻塞患者有较好疗效 ,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To observe the effect of FD Nd: YAG 532 laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine on retinal vein occlusion. Methods: Seventy eyes (70 eyes) of retinal vein occlusion were randomly divided into two groups, of which 38 cases (38 eyes) were treated with laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) 32 eyes). The two groups were observed for an average of 10 months. Results: The retina and / or optic disc neovascularization rate of the treated group was higher than that of the control group, and the visual acuity was better than that of the control group. The time of retinal edema, bleeding and exudate absorption was significantly shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion: Laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of patients with retinal vein occlusion has a good effect, it is worth further study.
