The formulation of a unified international standard is a common demand for economic exchanges and technological exchanges among the countries of the contemporary world. IEC and ISO are the two largest standardized organizations in the world. They are independent and complementary to each other. IEC is the English name of International Electrotechincal Commision, Chinese is “International Electrotechnical Commission”; ISO is the abbreviation of English name Interna-tional Organization for Standardization, Chinese is “International Organization for Standardization”.
