目的探讨高频电波刀联合干扰素在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床疗效。方法选取本院2005～2008年收治的CINII～Ⅲ级的65例患者进行研究,其中采用高频电波刀(LEEP)联合干扰素治疗的33例患者为治疗组,单纯使用LEEP治疗的32例为对照组,两组疗效进行比较。结果65例患者术后6月、12月随访,治疗组治愈率分别为87.8%,96.9%对照组为59.3%,78.1%。治疗组治愈率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高频电波刀联合干扰素是治疗CIN较理想的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high frequency wave knife combined with interferon in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods Sixty-five patients with CINII-Ⅲ grade admitted to our hospital from 2005 to 2008 were selected. Thirty-three patients treated with LEEP combined with interferon were selected as the treatment group. Thirty-two patients treated with LEEP alone Control group, the two groups were compared. Results 65 patients were followed up for 6 months and 12 months. The cure rates of the treatment group were 87.8% and 96.9% respectively, which were 59.3% and 78.1% in the control group. The cure rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion High-frequency wave knife combined with interferon is a more ideal method for the treatment of CIN.
