随着信息技术和自动化技术的发展,以机器人为代表的智能化生产设备逐渐在制造业中得到推广,为制造业的发展带来了新的机遇,也带来了失业率增加、劳资双方矛盾加深等突出问题。转变“机器换人”这一思路,选择日本的“人机互补”生产方式,可以有效缓解生产设备升级过程中产生的负面影响。构建“人机”互补生产方式需要生产设备、技术水平和劳动力素质等诸多因素的同步升级,劳动者需具备技术知识应用能力、技术技能创新能力以及较强的通用能力。职业教育在培养技能人才的过程中,应瞄准劳动者素质的新要求。为了更好地促进“人机”互补生产方式的形成,职业教育有必要在课程设置与布局、教育层次等方面做出相应的调整与优化。
