研究了振动频率对消失模铸造高铬铸铁件中非金属夹杂物含量、显微组织、硬度及冲击吸收功的影响。结果表明,振动能明显细化高铬铸铁的显微组织,当振动频率为50Hz时细化效果最明显;振动显著降低非金属夹杂物含量,当振动频率为30Hz时降低幅度最大;硬度随振动频率的增加而提高;冲击吸收能量的变化与非金属夹杂物变化趋势正好相反,当振动频率为30Hz时最高。
The effects of vibration frequency on the content of non-metallic inclusions, microstructure, hardness and impact absorbed power of high chromium cast iron in EPC were investigated. The results show that the vibration can remarkably refine the microstructure of high chromium cast iron. When the vibration frequency is 50Hz, the refining effect is the most obvious. Vibration significantly reduces the content of non-metallic inclusions. When the vibration frequency is 30Hz, The frequency of the increase and increase; shock absorption energy changes and non-metallic inclusions in the opposite trend, when the vibration frequency is highest at 30Hz.
