病区残存10年生以上的木麻黄(Casuarina equisetifolia Lin)不同无性系的幼苗经青枯假单胞菌(Pseudomonas solanacearum E.F.Smith)菌系SC—2人工接种后,发病症状可以划分为青枯、半枯、黄萎、枝枯四个类型;其对青枯病的抗性有差异,发病率较低的单株有3、11、15、19,和粗4,发病率较高的单株有1和2。用电导率方法测定各无性系幼苗的相对透性和用聚丙烯酰胺园盘凝胶电泳测定过氧化物酶同工酶的结果表明,细胞膜的相对透性和过氧化物酶同工酶的第4条谱带的比移值与植株感病率有一定的关系;过氧化物酶同工酶的谱带数和过氧化物酶的活性与感病率的关系不大。各无性系的过氧化物酶与相对透性之间也有一定的相关关系。
After being inoculated by SC-2 of Pseudomonas solanacearum EFSmith strain in different clones of Casuarina equisetifolia Lin, the disease symptom can be divided into four types: Withered, Verticillium wilt, withered four kinds of resistance; its resistance to bacterial wilt are different, the lower incidence of individual plants are 3,11,15,19, and crude 4, the higher incidence of individual plants have 1 and 2. The relative permeability of seedlings of each clones was determined by conductivity method and the results of peroxidase isoenzymes determination by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that the relative permeability of cell membrane and peroxidase isozymes There was a certain relationship between the ratio of 4 bands and the plant susceptibility; the number of peroxidase isozymes and the activity of peroxidase had little to do with the susceptibility. There is also a certain correlation between peroxidase and relative permeability of clones.
