为强化消防安全教育责任制,推动全社会共同做好消防宣传教育工作,2011年5月27日,由中宣部、公安部、教育部、民政部、文化部、卫生部、广电总局、国家安监总局8部门联合制定的《全民消防安全宣传教育纲要(2011-2015)》(以下简称《纲要》)正式颁布。这是我国第一份由多个职能部门参与制定的全民消防安全宣传教育纲要文件。
