胃动力异常 轻者进食量减少,餐后饱胀感,或恶心、呕吐、厌食,严重者出现消瘦、营养不良。腹痛较少见。查体可见胃区扩大,有振水音,状如幽门梗阻,但无蠕动波。患者可同时并发糖尿病周围神经病的症状,反复发作而进展为慢性胃滞留。X线钡餐检查示胃蠕动减少,钡剂通过延缓、胃扩张等。
Abnormal gastric motility less food intake, postprandial fullness, or nausea, vomiting, anorexia, severe cases of weight loss, malnutrition. Abdominal pain is rare. Physical examination showed enlarged stomach area, there is vibration sound, like pyloric obstruction, but no peristaltic wave. Patients may also be complicated by symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, recurrent and progress to chronic gastric retention. X-ray barium meal examination showed reduced gastric motility, barium through the delay, such as gastric distension.
