陕西省水利厅与陕西省水利学会于1988年10月30日至11月3日在延安共同主持召开了王瑶水库大坝工程安全论证会。与会同志听取了陕西省关于大坝工程设计、施工、管理运用情况及出现问题的汇报和水利部水利大坝安全监测中心的安全论证报告;听取了陕西省水电设计院关于“大坝加固措施设计报告”和延安地区水利局“水沙调度方式的初步探讨和实施情况”的汇报;察勘了水库现场和正在进行的坝体劈裂灌浆施工。
Shaanxi Provincial Department of Water Resources and Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Hydraulics jointly hosted the Wangyao Reservoir Dam Safety Demonstration Conference in Yan’an from October 30 to November 3, The comrades listened to the Shaanxi Province on the dam construction design, construction, management and application of the report and problems arising from the report of the Ministry of Water Conservancy and Water Conservancy Dam Safety Monitoring Center security demonstration report; listened to the Shaanxi Provincial Hydropower Design Institute on “dam reinforcement design Report ”and the Preliminary Study and Implementation of“ Water and Sediment Dispatching Methods ”of the Water Resources Bureau in Yan’an Prefecture; surveyed the site of the reservoir and the construction of the splitting grouting under the dam.
