采用DTPA浸提-原子吸收分光光度法、油浴加热重铬酸钾氧化-容量法、电位法(土液比1.0∶2.5)测定象山土壤中铜、锌、铁、锰、有机质和pH值,研究微量无素与有机质及pH之间的关系。结果表明,有效微量元素与pH有相关,部分有效微量元素与有机质呈正相关。通过土壤含量标准评定,划分土壤等级并了解微量元素的丰缺状态,及整个地区的土壤质量状况。
The contents of copper, zinc, iron, manganese, organic matter and pH value in Xiangshan soil were determined by DTPA extraction - atomic absorption spectrophotometry, oil bath heating potassium dichromate oxidation - volumetric method and potentiometric method (ratio of soil to liquid 1.0: 2.5) To study the relationship between trace elements and organic matter and pH. The results showed that effective trace elements were related to pH, and some trace elements were positively correlated with organic matter.
