目的探讨最佳喉神经鞘瘤的诊断方法与治疗方案。方法回顾性分析3例喉神经鞘瘤患者的临床诊治资料。结果 3例中男1例(9岁),女2例(35岁、59岁),病变分别位于左侧声门下、室带和会厌喉面。3例均行手术治疗,喉裂开切除1例,支撑喉镜下CO2激光辅助切除2例,随访半年以上均未见复发。结论喉神经鞘瘤为少见的喉部良性肿瘤,手术是最有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the best laryngeal schwannoma diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 3 patients with laryngeal schwannoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 3 cases, there were 1 male (9 years old) and 2 female (35 years old, 59 years old). The lesion was located under the left glottis and the epicardium and epiglottis respectively. Three patients underwent surgical resection, one was removed by laryngectomy, two were assisted by CO2 laser assisted laryngoscopy, and no recurrence was observed after more than six months follow-up. Conclusions Laryngeal schwannoma is a rare benign tumor of the larynx. Surgery is the most effective treatment.
