在事业单位人力资源管理工作中,需要较为系统化的绩效考核形式,要将其战略目标体系、目标责任体系、评价标准体系、指标评价体系和评价形式等内容融入到绩效考核当中,有效的提高内部员工的获利能力,提升员工的综合实力,并且将其员工的潜质良好的发挥出来,有效的将人力资源作用发挥出来,有效的促进事业单位的经济发展。本文通过对绩效考核的定位和作用进行分析,并根据现今事业单位人力资源管理工作的情况设计出合理的绩效考核形式,有效的将绩效考核作用发挥出来。
